Gütermann - Quality Policy


The main aim of our work is to satisfy our customers. We see the high standards expected of our products, our delivery service and relevant advisory services both as an obligation and a challenge.

High quality in all processes and activities are therefore a solid foundation for securing the future of our company. By continuously developing our processes, we ensure that our products and activities are improved on an ongoing basis. We create a pioneering role for Gütermann in the textile market and concentrate on solving our customers' problems.

The goal is to involve our suppliers in our quality management system, and we encourage them continuously to meet our standards.

Human relations are an essential basis for our business. This is why we place particular value on intensive and co-operative contact between everyone involved in it, whether outside the company or within.

We have made it our acknowledged goal to prevent errors. As well as taking extreme care in production and logistics, we also rely on preventive and planning measures for the early detection and elimination of potential faults.

The directorship and management of our company exemplify this quality management system in everything they do. They are responsible for creating the relevant conditions for constant implementation of this system. They monitor processes and carry out any corrective measures that are necessary. And they practice an open information policy.

An effective and employer-friendly working environment combined with well-managed and efficient processes are essential requirements for faultless work.

The basis for achieving these goals is our Gütermann QM system, which ties involve all the company employees. It is described in detail in an accompanying QM handbook and other relevant documentation.
